This marvelous apartment with a total floor area of 71.22 m2 has perfect location on the Black Sea coast in the Fort Noks Grand resort.

The main bedroom is (5.2m x 3.1m). It is a brightly decorated and airy room and very comfortable. It has cool air conditioning for hot summers and this is reversible to warm heating for winter. The room is fully furnished with dressing table with drawers, chest of drawers x 4, bedside tables with lights, large mirror, large 3 winged wardrobe, floor to ceiling vertical blinds, plus a direct access door onto the terrace/balcony.

The bathroom is a separate room (2.35m x 2m).

The living room is also very large, brightly decorated and spacious. There is also a security phone by the front door which buzzes when pressed at the entrance to the building.

The the kitchen area and the entrance is approx 7.6 m long x 4.1 m wide in total.

The dining area has a large dining table with 4 wooden chairs but the table extends to easily seat 6.

The kitchen area is approx (2.3m x 4m) and is located along the inside wall of the apartment when you come in.

The terrace is without doubt one of the best parts of the apartment giving fantastic sea views day or night of the bay of Nesebar. It is double and spans the whole width of the apartment. It measures over 7.25m long and has a metal railing in front. It is split effectively into 2 areas – living room terrace and bedroom terrace. Directly below the terrace there is a small swimming pool in a “shell shape”. The sunset views are spectacular.
