traditional Renaissance architecture of Bansko.

comprises a living-room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a
toilet and a hall . The modern kitchen is completely equipped (2
in-built hot plates, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, all kinds of
dishes and kitchen utensils), a dining table and 4 chairs. The
bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, a wardrobe and night bedside
tables. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Household linen, blankets and towels are provided as well as
cleaning. The building also has shared gardens and 24 on site
security due to which a nice and calm rest is guaranteed and secure

The
mountain resort of Bansko is situated in the south-western Bulgaria
in the foothills of one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains
Pirin which is announced a natural reservation included in the UNESCO
World Natural Heritage list of object. The conditions for skiing are
excellent as Pirin mountain have predominantly alpine character and 3
peaks of above 2900 m height. The slopes offer routes for all kinds
of skiers from beginners to professionals. It has 14 racing
tracks with a total longitude of 65 km including a 16 km route across
a broken ground and letting down out of track.
The ski school
in Bansko is very prestige and it has 5-level ski classes as children
of 6 and above can be enrolled. Bansko is not only a big ski
resort but it is also a host of the traditional Summer Jazz festival,
the Bulgarian Folklore Festival and many other cultural events in the
summer which makes it the excellent summer holiday for those who
prefer something more than an ordinary walk.
Bansko is now
Bulgarias number one ski resort having the most modern and up to
date services and facilities. A multi million Euro investment plan
has been ploughed into the resort leading to a massive surge in
property investment in this area. This investment hotbed is now
