No Significant Decrease in Bulgaria Real Estate Prices, Report |

There is no significant decrease in Bulgaria's real estate prices
according to a report by the Bulgarian financial services company,
FinCity.
The fall is mainly in offers of panel blocks, apartments without
permission to inhabit, and realties in quarter with poor
infrastructures. Experts have estimated such real estates at lower
prices, the report explains.
Prices of old monolithic construction, and well constructed new
buildings have not changed, especially in the dontown areas o
